To prepare this recipe you need two basic ingredients: chickpeas and sesame sauce, called tahina.
To begin, prepare the tahina sauce by putting the sesame seeds to toast in the oven at 180 degrees for 8/10 minutes.
As soon as the seeds cool, put them in the blender with the extra virgin olive oil and operate until a slightly liquid cream is obtained. Put the tahina sauce in an airtight jar and keep in the refrigerator.
Proceed with the preparation of the hummus.
Drain the chickpeas well and remove the skin that covers them. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and operate for 4/5 minutes until the mixture is creamy and frothy. Now you just have to taste your Chickpea Hummus and if you have some left store it in the fridge!
